Grieving During the Holidays

Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chanukah, Ramadan, Kwanza, and New Year’s Day can be extremely difficult during the holidays for people who are grieving the loss of a loved one. It may seem like the entire world is moving on while you feel sad, stuck, and in pain. This seminar is designed to help you plan for the holidays and prepare for a season that may be very hard.
